Kamala Harris For The People

I served as Director of Video and Director of Digital Content for Kamala Harris’s 2020 presidential campaign.

The campaign slogan was “For The People,” and we worked to highlight all of the different people who felt personally represented by her.

Our goal of spotlighting shared personal experiences, culminated in a video we filmed with Mindy Kaling, in which they cooked dosas and curry and talked about their South Indian heritage (as well as how their parents both used old Taster’s Choice jars to store spices). The video gave Indian Americans an opportunity to bond over their shared experiences.
